Takashi

Takashi is a hip and playful Japanese American fusion restaurant. The owner Takashi-san has an unbridled passion to innovate and create new dishes from Washoku—traditional Japanese food. In his honor, I based this design on Japanese folk pottery featuring red and black dots. With a modern spin, this visual language harmonizes foreign and familiar, Japanese and American. Itadakimasu!
